We collect information from users when attempting to verify status as a servicemember, student, or first responder (police, fire, emt). When applying for verification in our service, as appropriate, users will be asked for miscellaneous information which is used to make a determination as proof of eligibility or status.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
  • To process verifications
  • To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs)
  • To improve our service (we continually strive to expedite verification)
  • To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs). The email address you provide for verification processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your verification. You will not receive additional e-mails regarding other sales or promotions.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you access your personal information. Data is retained for analytical and billing purposes for a period of thirty days. Afterwards, information is destroyed. Any documents submitted as proof of identity are destroyed immediately upon inspection by a qualified ID Services staff member.
Do we use cookies?
We use a single tracking cookie in order to regulate the amount of verification attempts being performed. This is intended as a replacement for logging into an ID Services account.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
You will never receive e-mail from ID Services or its affiliates except when required in order to provide a positive identification. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our service, conducting our business, or servicing you. We will release your information when required by law, to enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
